The Union Bank of Nigeria has shut down its daily operations over the Corona virus pandemic in the country.
Only critical functions staff in operations and service teams will report for duty at their offices.
According to a report by the VANGUARD, the bank said In a statement, that its staff has been directed to work from home effective from Monday, 23rd March in a bid to tackle the scourge.
The Union Bank also gave safety tips for its staff while they work at home.
The statement reads:
